The Fee for Services Program was started for applicants who were able and wished to pay for services offered through the original asset transfer Core Program.

With this program residents enjoy all of the features of residency for the daily published charge.

	Pays per diem rate
	Responsible for all other bills
	Able to keep car if insurance, etc. is maintained.

Fee for services:

HFA $96.00 per day
