Skilled Care in Bradley Pavilion

Should you as a fee for service individual find that your care needs extend beyond that which is provided in the Residental Care Home program it may be possible to stay in the Bradley Pavilion. While first preference is always given to the Home’s Core program members it is possible to obtain a bed on a space available basis.

	Pays per diem rate
	Responsible for all other bills.

Fee for services:

SNF $269.85 per day

NOTE: In accordance with Section 176-341 of CT. General Statutes there is a 5% discount off the private rate in the Pavilion for any resident insured under a Connecticut Partnership Approved Long-Term Care Policy.
